
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method you choose.

We do ship internationally to most countries. Once you place your order, we will calculate the shipping and email you with the correct cost for shipping. SYNCHRONICITY is not responsible for customs fees incurred upon the arrival of your international package.
Items must be returned to SYNCHRONICITY in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For in-store purchases: returns for a complete refund will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase. Returns will also be accepted up to 14 days in exchange for merchandise store credit. All sales become final after 14 days.
Items purchased on sale, custom order items, advance purchase items and personalized items are non-returnable. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems.
For Online Orders: all sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) for a full refund. All Returns must be accompanied by the Merchandise Return Form that needs to be included when you ship your item(s) back to us. We will contact you by email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item(s).
You may not receive a refund and the item(s) may be shipped back to you at your expense if the Merchandise Return Form is not sent or filled out correctly. We reserve the right to dispose of items that have been held longer than 30 days without resolution.
We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or Fedex so you can track and insure your package. We can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. This form must be filled out completely and must be signed.
