Returns policy for online orders

The Synchronicity does not accept any returns or exchanges for any online orders.

All sales are final.

Special Orders: 

All special orders must be paid in full at time of order and cannot be changed once payment has gone through. You have the option to have the order shipped directly to you, or to pick it up in-store.

If Shipped To Store:

Upon arrival, we will inspect all products for any damages and will call you to come into the store to pick it up. We recommend trying on the dress before leaving the store with it. If you try on the dress and are unhappy with your purchase, you have the option og exchanging it for store credit. Store credit can be used for anything in-stock only.

Once you leave the store with your purchase, the sale is final.

Note: Store credit is not available if you selected to have the items shipped to the store, then shipped to you.

If Shipped Directly To You:

Store credit is not available.

Once the gown and/or accessories leave the store, the sale is final.
